Reason?

Simply because I wanna spend more time in UTP, 17 days will be too short.

Browsing through all the tagged pictures and photos in facebook made me sad. The farewell party was great, but there's one major thing that i dislike. It's that "farewell". Huhuhu... (will blog about that later, when i got all the pictures, probably the right mood to do it)

The saddest thing is, either all my buddies are from Perak, or they are simple foreigners. I told CK and ZP, please marry them (thu ha and mai chi) so that they will be staying back in Msia and i promise to visit them every month because we're all Perakians. Hehe. Not to mention, Davuth, the emo guy and Ham-taro, IT expert. I gonna miss you ne.

Hmm, maybe i should stop emo-ing and probably plan another outing. Heeee.

The end of my undergrads studies.

This afternoon set the longest nap i had so far, 5 freaking hours. Flu, flames, headache, sore eyes, oh, i bet i didn't tell you i woke up at 12 noon. My whole Saturday was spend on sleeping and that's great after so many sleepless nights and I plan to turn in early tonight, probably after this post because of mild headache and I realize my eye sights getting poorer. The other day I went to do check up, I was told I have longsighted/rabun dekat/lao hua and FYI only eldery people have it, normally. Diao lor. That means I can't see near, but can see far. Carina said, no wonder I squeezed my eyes when she put the book near to my face. "Like my father".

On another note, Adam was asking how's the feeling of toenail-less.

My friends asked me to get help from the clinic and they described the process... First, you'll get two injection of the edge of the toenail and secondly they'll pull it out when it's numb. Ewww, No Way. I rather I pulled it out myself than being injected. TWICE. So, while watching ANTM Episode 8 (:P) I lift up my foot and using only my fingernails I pulled it out by cutting the skin connected to the toenail. 1.2.3 : PULL. Yucks.

Actually, it's gross, but it's my toe so I can't do anything but to love it until the it grows again. Before this, I have always wonder what's beneath the nails. You see we're born with nails and it's glued to the flesh. Now that I have the chance to touch it and see it and maybe lick it I want to share the feelings with you.

It is actually quite hard, not as soft as our skins and whatnot.
It is quite sensitive, I feel pain if I poked it too hard.
I don't feel comfortable wearing cover shoes, definitely hates the sliding moments.
Maybe guys should understand, imagine you w/o underwear? muahaha

Nah, it's not too bad afterall, sometimes you forget that your toe is naked. :P

The last time I won so many awards was SEVEN years ago during my time in SJAM. Those moments will always in my head because that was our (teammates and myself) actually CRIED of joy and happiness.

Our team wasn't in the top three winners for the Foot Drill, so we thought okay, we screwed it, but nvm, we still got First Aid. But when our team wasn't in the 3rd placing or 2nd placing, our tears started to fill our eyes because we never aimed for 1st placing.

But then, when the MC announced, "The winner of Short Case is ... NC7 from SMCTI" we screamed and tears rolled down our cheeks. of happyness! That year, we were the runner up state champion with 1 gold, 1 silver and two awards. Laiyee got The Best Written Test Award and I, got The Best Leader Award. Our efforts and training really paid off, tho we didn't get the State Champ. [What's your AIM? STATE CHAMP!!!! WHAT'S YOUR AIM??? STATE CHAMP!!!! P/S: LY,WW,EVONNE, YH - THE PHASE WE SHALL NV FORGET. lol]

There's so much to share about SJAM moments in high school, in fact I never regret a single day joining it and it thought me things that I will never learn in school or books, not to mention, the experiences and activities that I've done. *giggle* sigh, if only digital camera was cheap or FB was introduced, then i'll have all the pictures taken.

Woke up at 650 this morning and slept around 510, the same morning. Was up for my FYP because of stupid bugs, kept on appearing and disappearing until I gave up and wished for miracle instead.

All these, thanks to EDX.

But thank God, miracle does exists afterall... :) my system is working, FINALLY after million years of coding and decoding, searching and researching, installing and uninstalling.

p/s: i know some of you might say, cheh, condemn the event but now was seen sitting at the booth like a nerd, displaying the system. Actually, I agree with you guys coz I am still wondering how come I got into it, like... er... dunno!

Major decision making

"If i get PETRONAS scholarship, i would go into art stream as I applied BIS. If not, I'll just continue on science stream, most probably taking physics in form six. Well, if i get JPA, alleluyah, i will be majoring in biology"... That's how I plan for my future after SPM. Very much of, whatever comes first and if...else statement.

I realize we have two major decision making period in most of our lives, .. my life.

The first major decision was after SPM. What course/field you want to take, which college/uni, where's the location and bla bla. At that time, I only applied two scholarships and wait for their responses. If negative, form six will do. Well, obviously I got PET and doing BIS. Funny thing was I didn't know what course I filled in, I only remember Business. I have no idea what Information System was at that time and little did i know i was going to be half programmer. :]

And the second major decision is right now. In another 30 days or so, I will be graduating and with that, ENDS my student life, unless I further my studies again which I will not in the nearest time.now the main question is, what you want to be? BIS is a very broad degree which I basically can do most of the jobs offered except those which is not related. I can go into management doing all the paper works, or finance dealing with all the money and numbers or creative department doing marketing and sales or be a nerd dealing with computer and solving IT related problems.

I didn't really apply for any jobs except that I passed 20 hardcopy resumes to UTP and they will apply for my behalf. (hehe) I received email and calls from two company already asking for more information. Both companies are quite technical related and I am not very ready yet for that. I feel kinda worried if I can't deliver or don't love the job. Yala, I think too much and very choosy la. But, haih, I just can't help thinking back about intern time how heavy the workloads were for the permanent staff.

Too many things happened in one night

1. went for hair do, ended up looking more rounder than before.

2. Car stopped after passing the Esso and before the Shell. The signal indicating "EMPTY". Waited for a damn hour before the car moving again. *thanks to car1 & car2*

3. An hour late for the prom.

4. Too many ppl want to club. Club overly crowded. switched club. too empty but hell yeah, we partied all night long. PAaarrrttaay everyday.

5. Got sms, friendsss too drunk to drive. waited an hour for them to get out from the club and they behaved like kiddos. "stop the car, i wanna vomit". bluuuueeekkkkk....

Yesterday was Pre-EDX and haigh, sien lor my system still not completed. So there's no way for me to enter EDX, which is an exhibition of the final year project every semester in my uni.

I used to remember that EDX was such a grant event when I first came in. Everyone was OMG EDX coming, let's go for the committee interview and fighting to secure a booth to display their products. However, I, was the opposite from the majority (or should I call them the minority?). I think out of 8 EDXs ever held, I only visited like, 4? I think 1 or 2 times I went to eat Ayamas/A&W or I was filling the free times in between the lectures. But I love EDX because the first day of EDX is lecture free day = holiday!!. :)))

Back to the story, many of my coursemates and even myself wasn't too excited to be chosen. Why?
1. Waste of time. - EDX 2 days
2. Waste of energy - Presentation, take care of the booth, etc
3. No extra credits/marks allocated.
4. 1+2+3 = super sien right?

Some of you might think that's an excuse of a loser. Cannot finish system still want to condemn EDX. LOL. well, it's hard to say until you're in my position.

I joked with one of my friend,A, whom system still yet to completed.

Me: Do you know why the projects in the EDX not so geng?
A: don't know.
Me : Coz geng system still yet to be completed. (hand gestures pointing at me and him)
A: True true!!! *shake hands*
