Healthy living

Tuesday : swam 6 laps. Oats for dinner.
Wednesday : swam 6 laps. Nasi lemak at freaking 11pm.
Thursday : Ran 3.3km. Dinner: Unknown yet.

Hahaha.

There are a few things that I want to do before CNY/work.

1. Get fairer, by applying the Nivea Extra Whitening Lotion which I think quite useless. Diao. And constantly stay at home.

2. Lose weights! Ever since I joined UTP, my weight increased semester by semester. Thanks for the late mamak session and not exercising. Speaking of mamak, I miss roti telur, roti bakar telur manis, telur separa masak (there was once, okay a few times when I was paying at the counter, I told the anneh, roti separa masak and he gave me the blur face, in fact I was typing roti separa masak js nw), ahhh.. hungry!!

Hehe, hopefully I can be so semangat forever then I need not have to wear black. :)
